This location has a good selection of the popular furniture models at reasonable prices and the team we interacted with was fantastic.

The whole experience was way better than other over priced furniture stores nearby. Douglas was an amazing down to earth salesman, letting us “Goldilocks” our way through the showroom for our perfect couch, all while giving us space and not pushing the same old pitches (lookin at you Ashley) while we were trying to make a decision. He even pulled out a tape measure to make sure the configuration we wanted would fit! Douglas was very knowledgable about every single item we inquired about, and would answer us without having to look anything up. 10/10 shopping experience, was super refreshing after visiting bunches of other stores.

Delivery and set up were also a breeze. Edgar and Gregory were super respectful of our time and home, contacted us before they arrived and promptly got to work. They also tested every function of the couch in front of me before leaving. The whole moving and set up operation only took like 30 minutes. The white glove service was worth it and these gentlemen upheld the definition of it.

We went in to just look around and see what options they had. We were greeted by Ellie/Ell and they were super nice and knowledgeable on what they had and gave us many options to look over without being pushy. We have been in dire need of an upgrade of our mattress (over a decade old at this point). The main reason we hadn't gotten a new one was we were quoted from another company a pretty high amount and we weren't ready to spend that much. But at Bob's, their prices were much less for even more than we had hoped for. Ell was super helpful answering any questions we had and if they didn't have an answer they knew who to ask or they found out quite quickly. Also they have great financing and their financing person, Javier, was super helpful! We would definitely come back to get any furniture needs in the future and definitely ask for Ell!

They are stupid and wasted so much of my time. I saw a couch i liked in store but wanted a different color they didn't have at that location. So they told me it can be delivered to my house for $300 or I can pickup 45 min away. We opt for pickup. So we pay for the couch and get an email to schedule a pickup. When we showed up to the scheduled pickup the warehouse doesn't have my item. Mind you it's been scheduled and paid for over a month. Then, customer service offers me again to p PAY to have it delivered. LOL! We canceled the order and we're supposed to get a refund now. So don't bother buying from them unless the item is THERE in their store, or you don't mind spending an extra $300 or 30+ days trying to get your item. Waiting on a $1600 refund and back to square one looking...
