It's been my pleasure to be a customer over the past 8 years except, as all businesses lose quality customer service employees, so has the Sterling store. My friends and I used to be able to go into the store, ask one of the men behind the counter a question and they had the expertise and knowledge to help us immediately. I called the Sterling US Cellular and the man I spoke with on the phone was very short with me. When I asked a question, he cut me off and before the conversation was through, he told me bye and hung up.
