In the last few months, we've bought about every other day, and sometimes twice a day. Hundreds of $. Never consistent taste, it seems like who's making it or how busy they are. But it was always good, until today.
Today it was quiet there. A guy facing the front of the store made my drink. By himself, alone. I thought great, there's not 10 people inside, this will be good!
I tasted it and it was terrible. Not the sweet brown sugar and cinnamon, but a clove and pepper taste. My husband insisted we go back, for $7+, it should be what we ordered.
The "manager" Marley came out, asked what 'our' problem was since he watched a girl making it, and it was made exactly correct. How dare we complain. I told him no, I watched you make it alone. There was no girl. He said I was wrong, the "girl" (who was not there) made it exactly right.
We told him just credit us back, but he said no he wouldn't, the drink was correct, and went to actually hand it back to my husband.
He then agreed to a credit, handed us the receipt, but yet again had to say the drink was correct. "I'll credit you but the drink was correct." He was rude, disrespectful and condescending, absolutely ZERO manager quality there at all. He had NO people skills, but plenty of cocky self righteousness.
We've spent hundreds of dollars here for variable tastes of the same drink. But to hear from a pompous kid that he was right at least 3 times really soured us and no more money will be spent at the place whose motto is "cultivate kindness"??
Fire this kid in a hurry, we're sure it's not the first time his attitude has lost you loyal customers.
P. S. Why do you not clean the computer screens you ask us to sign??...
Read moreNow that I have been coming here, I feel it safe to say that I can give a proper review. I come here daily to get myself and my team drinks. First thing, They do quickly come out to take your order. However, after you process your order and you pay with a credit card, they ask you to sign a tablet that has not been cleaned or wiped off for god knows how long. When I told the worker, I would not actually sign the tablet because of how discussing it looked. She got an attitude and walked away. This has happened multiple times due to the fact that I will not sign a tablet that looks like a toddler played all day why they were eating and touching the screen. Next , I will say that I noticed , they fill the ice all the way to the brim of the cup, When asking if they could lessen the ice since I was finishing my drink within a minutes, They stated they could not do that. I then asked for no ice so that way. That would resolve that problem. They stated that if I got no ice, I would be up charged three dollars per cup. When I asked in all seriousness if this was a procedure that they needed to follow, she quoted it's policy. Unfortunately, 7 broke coffee.I will no longer come to your establishment. The $20 I spent here daily may not seem much to you. However, a local small business will appreciate the $20 and not overcharge me for the little product you are giving me. Wash your tablets and stop filling your cups with so much ice. When asking customers for their phone numbers, explain why you need that information. Don't just sign them up for whatever it is you doing. They didn't even tell me what...
Read moreI’ve been going to grab coffee at 7brew a few times and I’ve never had issues in the past. The girl who took my order was very rude. I will admit that I made the mistake of going into the second lane since there were two vehicles in the first lane. I did not know that the lane was closed and would’ve appreciated if a worker would’ve explained that so in the future it wouldn’t happen again. However, I asked how she was doing and she ignored my question completely. Asked me what I wanted in a rude tone. I understand that the service industry can be annoying especially when you have customers who aren’t understanding. If I was told in a kind tone that the lane was closed, I would’ve gladly accepted that and went back around if that was the case. The drink I got was an iced caramel macchiato and I could tell that the milk was close to expiring which is not safe to serve to customers. Everyone has bad days and I’d rather be confronted for a mistake than being treated in a...
