Ashley Store — Local services in Sterling

Let me preface this review with saying that I informed the manager that every time I had to call to get an update on when to expect our couch after the agreed upon delivery date the stores star rating would go down a half star. If you're a math major that means I had to call the store 8 times after the couch was supposed to be in our living room.

The original due date was mid-November. We got the couch on December 8th. Lots of shenanigans ensued but let me spare you the details.

This rating being declared let me offer this up. I don't think it is the people of this store that are awful at their jobs. If the couch was there they would have delivered it. Before walking into Knie’s had every intention of just browsing. We were in search of a new mattress but we had a certain budget and time frame that we would need it by. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Drayton, he was friendly and calm right off the bat, very easy to talk to. He was very resourceful, had as much knowledge and facts as he did personal opinions from his own experience. He picked up on a lot of details and options which helped us narrow down what exactly would work best for us and within our comfort zone. David M was fantastic help to my mom and I when we came in to finance a new washer and dryer for me. He came to help us right away, listened to my wants and concerns and answered all of my questions in terms that were easy for me to understand (it’s my first time buying/financing any new furniture or appliances).
