I am VERY disappointed to see how Wegmans customer customer service is going down the hill, the lady that took my call when I tried to place my pizza order was very rude disrespectful no to count that Wegmans is not only charging more for the pizza but adding fewer amount of the toppings.

I ordered a sheet size (the biggest one) of our favorite pizza the buffalo chicken to feed a large hungry family, when I got home we were all in shock to see the sheet of pizza with almost no chicken at all!!! It was absolutely ridiculous!!!

The other day I picked up some lobster bisque from the soup bar, and again I didn't get a single chunk of lobster, seriously Wegmans!?? What a poor management! Nothing like the old Wegmans....

Ordered my curbside meal with a side substitution. Got home and it wasn't what I ordered. I am home from work due to injury so I didn't go clear back to the store to get it fixed. Ate the half I liked and tossed the rest. Waste of food and money. This was at 2:15 PM, so not busy. I...
