Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Stillwater

First, I would like to say that we haven't ordered Pizza Hut in years... I truly mean years.... Probably 5 or 6.... Because the food was always so inconsistent, poorly made, and expensive at this location in the past. That said.... I was seriously craving a deep dish veggie pizza, and not just any pan pizza, but Pizza Hut Pan Pizza... I had been craving one for months, so I finally caved when I heard about the current $12 pizza deal for up to 10 toppings or a specialty on either a medium or large crust.... That was the first time in the last month or 2 we have ordered. It was so good, made right and actually had the amount of toppings it was supposed to... So the next week we did it again, then ordered 2 pizzas the third time we ordered. Tonight we ordered for the 4th time for a small gathering and got a large deep dish Super Supreme, a large stuffed crust Veggie Lovers, a large thin crust Hawaiian Chicken & a large thin crust Fiesta Taco Beef... All 4 pizzas are excellent! We also have a new favorite that we will definitely be ordering again, the Taco pizza... Next time I think we will get both the beef and the chicken! Everything was fresh, well made, not skimpy on the toppings. The thin crust was perfectly crunchy! Not soggy at all, while still having enough toppings and not being dry, both situations we deal with regularly as thin crust lovers. If we keep getting well made pizzas we will definitely continue to order regularly even when the special is over. Sorry the pic is so cluttered, the pizza was already almost gone by the time I thought to take pics and that was the leftovers plate waiting for the plastic wrap and fridge. It has a little of everything in the pic though.

Taco pizza on thin crust, definitely a must try! We didn't even realize it came with salsa we could top it with ourselves. Perfect finishing touch, we left it to the side with a spoon for people to add it how they wanted... We will be back for more...

Unbelievable. Phone ordered 2 pizzas was told 15 min. Pulled up (drive thru) no one in line, was told 5 more min, please pull up. Waited 30 min and went inside, stood there as employees walked by the counter not acknowledging me for another 10 min. Finally get the little blond girl (assuming she was “in charge” and ask her about my order that she rand my card for over an hour ago at this point) she says what was the name, she goes back into a stack of pizza boxes and comes back out and says “just five more min” hands me two boxes and I go out to my truck. Open the boxes and they are not even the pizzas I ordered. I go back in holding the boxes, she walks past me. Finally I just said in a pretty loud and not happy voice “this isn’t even what I ordered, I want my money back.” She then rolled her eyes at me so hard you could hear it, takes my phone number and writes it on a slip of paper and says “I’ll get to it when I can” I looked at her in disbelief and she added “I’m busy, I can’t do it right now”, turned her back and walked away. Of course I look today and it wasn’t refunded. I’m actually not upset about the wait, busy is busy. It’s getting the wrong pizzas after an hour of my time and then the way I was treated after and now I have to dispute a charge because of some snot nosed, entitled little… she never even said “I’m sorry”....
