Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Stillwater

They have been doing consistently better!! But what the heck?? No more Mtn Dew here either??? I will never order another drink from them again! Everyone is going to Coke smh... Food has been slipping lately unfortunately, the muchacos used to be filling, the last 3-4x we have gotten them they haven't even had enough filling to balance out the bread, beans spread thin as butter, and barely a sprinkle of everything else. They used to have a good amount of everything. Don't even get me started on the potato burrito! All chicken (not much of it but more of it than anything else) and almost no lettuce, sour cream, queso and they used to put 2 potato sticks in one burrito. Now its only 1.... Those things cost too much to be getting so skimpy.... as the prices go up the amount of food goes down! Not cool. At this rate we will end up not coming here anymore. Serious loss of stars for that. I hope I can raise it but to 5. Its been 4 for a while and now after this last time I'm dropping it down again. Very upsetting for my family as this has always been one of our very favorite fast food places and we always spend at least $40 to feed everyone. Lately its been more like $50, and for less...

We received coupons in the mail from Taco Bueno and thought we would use them. It was 2pm, and we waited nearly 20 minutes in drive thru lane to get to the order mic. I ordered the party box and was moving on into the rest of our order when the TB guy interrupted me to tell me they didn't have enough food for the party box I ordered (6 bean burritos and 6 tacos with a couple sides)!! I was surprised, and asked him if they had food for all the people behind and in front of me, but not me? Cuz I ordered 6 tacos and 6 burritos, and they don't have enough food to fix my order?? What a crock of burnt beans, man! I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get out of their drive thru and go where I should have gone to start with: DEL TACO! No matter how big or small my order is, Del Taco can fill it! Taco Bueno cant!!! I think you can guess you lost my monies, present and future. I STILL can't believe it happened, and it did on Saturday, Jan. 29th at 2pm. It was a guy who said my order of 6 burritos and 6 tacos was too much food for them to make. How are you all still...

This place is horrible. We order our food which was two mucoplatters. One is chicken with meat and cheese only and the other beef all the way. And one large drink. It took 20 minutes to order cause the cashier couldn't figure out our order. Finally get the order for there. Which is what we said. Got it in to go boxes. No biggie. In the middle of eating our food my husband saw a mouse running across the floor. Wish I could have gotten a picture of it. It was so gross. We stopped eating and threw out our food. It made me sick to my stomach thinking if that thing was crawling on my food. I went to the front counter and asked to speak to a manager. She came up front and we told her about the mouse and that it was now behind the benches on the wall were the soda machine was. She replied oh well "its not like it's in the kitchen.
