Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Stillwater

It feels like almost every time we come here we get terrible service. I waited 20 minutes once for an employee to get off their phone and to stop texting so she could take my order. Back of house staff noticed me getting irritated and asked that employee if I'd been served yet. She said idk. And then he looked at her like she was stupid and he came forward and took my order. She very clearly was not on break. She was right by the register but was drinking a drink from a gas station and texting her friends.

This time I went on the app to mobile order and it said I could not place any orders. Which was weird. So I called them. It was extremely loud in the background and I very clearly told her what I wanted. She was very unresponsive and sounded unsure of if my order was right. She read it back and it sounded right but I was unsure myself if she got it correct. I sent my husband to get it and she got the pizza 100% wrong. Like not even close to what we had ordered. Then she got combative and argued that I ordered the wrong thing because she read it back properly and so it's my fault I didn't order the wrong thing and she tried to make him leave without the pizza we actually ordered.

I went in at nine thirty at night and it said they would be open for another hour and a half. They were open and I tried to order just a cheese pizza and some of the breadsticks and they said there’d be a wait and I was fine with that but then they said there’s no way I can get any breadsticks, they weren’t making any more. So I ordered the slices and sticks, it’s like a half pizza half breadsticks. People were there ahead of me picking up orders with the breadsticks but then I saw new orders with breadsticks being brought out from the back, and this place was packed so there’s definitely demand for breadsticks, I heard several other people ordering. And I’ve worked in a restaurant, it makes no sense they’re doing this an hour and a half before closing on a Thursday night which is always busy in Stillwater. I really see no reason why this shouldn’t be 5 stars! At first impression, the place looked a little rundown. Young kids were working but they were actually really polite and were cleaning in the little down time I saw them have! Then the place got swarmed! It was packed! So many people in a tiny building. They handled it well! It took a little longer then expected but everything was so good and fresh! I got the BBQ bacon pizza, a stuffed crust pepperoni & the stuffed crazy bread! I didn’t take pics of the crazy bread and they were kinda sad looking but tasted fantastic! I’m not crazy about the marinara but I always get other sauces anyways.the BBQ bacon was mine & my husbands fav, they should consider keeping it on the menu.
