OfficeMax — Local services in Stillwater

Customer service in the store was great, although I do not like being lied to, to sell a product.

I need to vent. I bought a 500gb Samsung Evo SSD from OfficeMax, was guaranteed 1 day delivery, when it doesn't show up the first day, I let it slide, when it doesn't show up on the second day, I call customer service. I get put on hold for a guy in an Indian call center, who can barely speak English, and he tells me after a few attempts to tell him the issue, that it will come on Tuesday.. Customer service definitely needs Improvement. Three times in a row that I have been there the service I got felt slightly hostile and uncomfortable. When asking about a product I felt like I was pressured into buying a more expensive product than the one I had in mind also felt like when I went with a cheaper product than the one they recommended they got frustrated. They have all manner of supplies I need for both my home and business.
