Starbucks — Restaurant in Oak Park Heights

I want to love this location because it’s so convenient to me, but it’s consistently disappointing. I usually place mobile orders, yet I am still stuck at the drive thru window waiting for 5+ minutes every time. And somehow when my cold drink is handed to me it’s always melted or dripping with condensation like it’s been prepared and just sitting there the whole time. This morning I ordered a strawberry crème Frappuccino and after my long wait was handed a leaking soupy mess of a drink. The staff is friendly enough but there really needs to be increased training of some sort because it’s probably the least reliable Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited. Today, May 11 at 6pm a brunette girl at the window was ok, but just very quick and cut me off/didn’t give me a chance to say much of anything. Just wanted me out asap. The other gals are incredibly kind to me when I come by, which is maybe twice a week. Tell her to take it easy, take a breather, and to not be so quick to shut up and get the customer out. I have went here many times and they make my drink wrong every time. They don't pay attention to the ingredients that go in it. Your lactose intolerantand ask for oat milk and no whip cream and you watch them make your drink with whole milk and put whip cream on top. They give it to you and when you tell them they are wrong and to look at the ticket, they get an attitude!!!! For what?! If I could upload a picture of my drink to show...
