7/9 Wednesday 10am Being the only beauty supply store in town, which I come ever so often to purchase product here; I was told” that if products at the same store don’t work I wouldn’t come back to the same store” by the owner. Despite the fact that the owner; in front of me; she interrupts me and her daughter talking. They look at each other while talking about me, regarding if I’m the same girl who brought a dysfunctional fan and repeating it to her couple times as soon as I enter the store after greeting them and exchanging words with her daughter. I just kept looking at them as she’s saying this to her, I was NOT HAPPY! She states that some of her customers don’t know how to use items here and they should pull out google translate to understand the function of an air fan. Which I find it insane because if you know as the owner of the store; how to function a certain fan, maybe it’s good courtesy to tell your customers so they can have a better, best, longer lasting performance on their product. I don’t even think I was asking for money back because the fan was 3 months old, but I was still in there to spend money on product, and she states that if she bought something from Costco that was $400, I would return it the next day. I mentioned to her that’s a $400 purchase not a $15-$20 purchase. The owner then proceeds to ask what am I buying here, I said acrylic. She then states “ok and do you know how to use it or is it good” I said ma’am it’s not my first time buying here, nor using products. As if she’s trying to make me feel dumb. I mentioned I was actually recommended by your daughter (worker) about the fan; the daughter laughs in my face; says I didn’t make you buy it.. I spend quite a bit of cash here. This is my favorite place ever, I literally love Esme and her kiddos so much! They all run the store extremely smoothly and I always come and spend a lot of money because they have the most amazing products! Esme was there for me when I wandered into her store at a very hard time in my life. I’ll forever spend my money here and support her small business. The other reviews about them being racist or rude are untrue. Stop stealing from small businesses who are trying to provide for their families and don’t lie on their character....

I will say they are nice people BUT the prices are waaaay over priced. As a nail veteran 7 years and counting I wouldn’t come here unless it’s an emergency. $3.50 EACH for one SINGLE nail gem?! Are you ok?? $25 for a nail single finger nail lamp that costs $9 on Amazon for the same EXACT one. It’s almost robbery her prices.
