Phở Bình Minh Restaurant — Restaurant in Stockton

Ordered a large Phở Đặc Biệt and it was delicious. The broth leaned slightly on the sweeter side but had great depth of flavor. It tasted like it had been simmered for hours rather than just seasoned quickly. I personally like my broth more on the sour side, so I added a good amount of lime, but overall, it was very good.

The noodles were a bit soft, though that was probably because I let them sit too long. I still finished the entire bowl, broth and all, minus a bit of brisket.

The gentleman working was very kind. He seemed to be handling the front alone during a busy time, but he was occasionally assisted by back-of-house staff who were also very sweet.

I also tried the strawberry smoothie. It was okay, about a 3 out of 5, mostly tasting of strawberry syrup.

Atmosphere was only okay. It was warm and humid inside but they had the front door open.

Horrible Food, Horrendous Experience. I went here today 7/4/2020 to pick up food. Upon my arrival I noticed that there were people dinning in with no masks on. To my surprise I also noticed that NONE of the Workers were wearing masks. I had a mask on and when I went to pay the women who rang me out asked me why I had a mask on I told her because the pandemic is not over. She then proceeded to yell "you dont know anything, the government is lying, take off your mask". I was so bewildered. If I had not already paid I would have just left. To top it off the food was disgusting. I got pad thai because my usual spot the green papaya was closed for the holiday. The pad thai at Pho Binh Minh was super greasey, there were only two pieces of shrimp, no vegetables and taste horrible. I will never go back here. You shouldn't too if you're worried about...

It was our first time trying this vietnamese restaurant in Stockton and it did not disappoint. The place is easy to find, though is a bit small. The atmoshere is very warm and homey. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Service was great when we went there. Fast and efficient. Must note they only accept cash and debit card.

#6A Shrimp and Grilled Pork Spring Roll - amazing! Tastes great with or without their peanut sauce. #25C Grilled pork, shrimp, egg roll vermicelli #50 Combination Fried Rice - Big serving and had a lot of meat. It didnt taste like msg. Grilled pork and pate banh mi - this was my favorite! Will definitely come back for this one. Green Apple Tea - Very refreshing! A bit too sweet for us but tastes great
