Kohl's — Local services in Stockton

So I have some 3 Levi's for my boy they are 50% off. Cashier Jasmin: my computer says no. Me : yes here is the picture of the sign on my phone. After looking at the picture on my phone she goes back to her little handheld comp.. to check the jeans and goes back to me..no they are not coming on my side. I'm like please I'm no goin through you como I'm going through the 50% off picture I have on my phone. Me: So.. my wife please call someone. Here comes the manager and asking for the picture. I said again! 3 times already..that is when the nice lady cashier Jasmin: walks out the register mumbling and stands by the register looking at me all upset. Maybe because she might lose some of her money or maybe she wanted to be right I don't know. Me:I'm talking to the manager and Mrs Jasmin walks in and she starts to argue with me! Me: nice job you are arguing with me in front of these people good job you must be looking pretty good. At the end not even a thank you from any of them. Pretty good team you guys Kohl's have. I called the store's jewelry dept. and asked if they changed batteries on a Seiko watch. First they said we don't change re-chargeable batteries. I informed them it wasn't. Then they said we don't change solar, again I informed them it wasn't solar. I said you just take the back off and put in a new battery. the person said okay it would cost $9.99. I drove about 10 miles to Stockton and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. I inform the person I needed the battery replaced. First she said we don't do solar and re-chargeable, which I inform her it wasn't. Then she said they are not an authorized Seiko dealer so she couldn't do it. ( so they are selling Seiko watches unauthorized? They have a whole display case of them) Then she said see the notches on the back, it takes a special tool. This is when I informed her that I used to work there and it never was like that. If she didn't want to do it, she should have said so. I didn't need to hear all the lame excuses. Poor...

Went there to return a Amazon package the young lady who helped me was very nice then I had to come back to my car because I left another package in the car and came back in and there was another woman there heavy set light skin either white or latina and I think she was a supervisor who helping an elderly man in front of me she was very rude to him really impatient and I stood in line waiting hoping I wouldn't get her and I did I didn't speak and neither did she because I knew if she would have been that rude to me I would have had to cuss her out, and I think she Sense that that's why she didn't speak either , now adays customer service is so very...
