LOFT — Local services in Stockton

If I could give no stars, I would. I used to work at a LOFT store in Atlanta and we always had a friendly and welcoming staff. This location has an extremely rude staff who don't know how to do their jobs. They've messed up my transactions multiple times, the pickup orders are almost always wrong, and they wouldn't let me use my debit card because I didn't have a physical copy of my ID (even though I stop into the store at least once every 14 days). All around terrible customer service, terrible visuals (from a previous store manager's perspective), and probably should close. I'm willing to drive an additional 30 minutes to the Walnut Creek location to avoid...

I frequent this store, the customer service is horrible! Every time I walk In i feel like I’m bothering them. This location is one of the nice areas in Stockton and it’s a disappointment to this community. I normally ignore this kind of behavior but I felt it necessary to speak up. I’m sure this company wouldn’t approve of this kind a behavior and terrible service. Every season I’m in there and spend a substantial amount of money on work clothes, etc. I hope someone acknowledges this review, I really like the clothes. I came in late on December 23rd to shop for my wife and was greeted with a wonderful smile by Lisa who I believe was the store manager. I asked her if she could assist me in finding some gifts. I will just say right now that she was TRULY wonderful and had the patience of Jobe!!
