I can’t recommend this business highly enough. I had a reservation for a boat. Somehow when we arrived our reservation was not found. The person working (I think it was the owner) took full responsibility and made sure we got out on the water later that day. He was extremely kind and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make us happy. In addition, our captain Matt was fantastic. He taught us how to water ski and made sure we all had a great time. Extremely rude customer service! We checked in, completed waivers, and paid and we were told to come back in 2 hours. The girl who advised of of this was texting and on her phone the entire time. I asked her if I needed to do anything else and she said no…we just needed to come back in 2 hours. When we returned, I checked in and they were confused, couldn’t find our waiver, and accused me of not paying. I pointed to the girl I dealt with earlier in the day and said she took care of me. We went last year with just my oldest son 9 yrs old, and this year with my now 10 yr old and my youngest 6 yr old. My 10 yr old did awesome had the best time. My 6 yr old had a tough time I think because he was just tired from the week vacation. But AJ one of the guards on the course was super helpful and took my 6 yr old through the course himself and helped him do it 1x. What an amazing company and experience. The desk is always super friendly and informative and I had confidence that my kids were having fun and in good hands with the multiple workers on the course to help out. I will be back next...
