Today my boyfriend and I went to purchase our first firearms. We wanted to go somewhere they had a great selection and would also be willing to spend some real time with us because we wanted to handle a few things to see what felt good. We were able to book an appointment which is as great because we were coming from far away and made things so much easier. We were greeted by the three gentlemen very warmly and with what I felt was genuine excitement to help us purchase our first firearms. We told them right when we got there that we were prepared to spend a good amount of money as long as we got things that we’re going to work but really great for us. My boyfriend would like to leave his own review so I will just focus on my experience personally. I am terrible with names and want to start off by saying everyone that worked there was extremely helpful and kind. However it was the taller gentleman that was mainly helping me and I couldn’t thank him enough. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He really took the time to find the perfect carry piece for me and he was really honest, I didn’t feel like he was pressuring or up selling me at all. I ended up getting the Springfield Armory Hellcat and I absolutely love it. My experience was a 10 out of 10 and I absolutely will be returning. Avoid this place at all cost, staff is rude and you get a unwelcoming feeling in there. There is a ammo shortage going on. I stumbled across this place one day to see if they had it and they did I go to the range very frequently with the lady we go through a lot of rounds Now mind you I spent a good amount of money in this place so far. One of the workers there I’m gonna assume the owner had the audacity to say to me are you reselling this ammo. I never felt so insulted in my life was definitely being profiled. I’m sure if I didn’t have tattoos a baseball hat and a motorcycle that would not have been said to me Do yourself a favor and do your business elsewhere.

I am not one for leaving reviews but I like these guys and had a good experience with them so I feel like they should get a good review. I had been looking for a particular rifle for a while. I was also looking for a particular pistol. I had been to a dozen stores and was just making the rounds so to speak when I came across this place. They had the rifle I had been looking for so I bought it and they took my name for a waiting list on the pistol. I have been on a couple of "lists " for both of these firearms but never had a call back. And a lot of places won't take a list. Bill called me a week later and told me the pistols had come in and reserved one for me. So it worked out well for me, and I found their pricing to be good also. I know the pistol sells elsewhere for $50-$150 more. I would definitely go back...
