During the installation he needed to do some detailed fitting and had to chisel some wood out. It fit and functioned perfectly. Dab locks… dj.. you serviced unicorn golf course last year for four door units in july. This past year about 3 months ago i started to try to get a hold of SOMEONE besides your bogus 24/7 answering service to call me to come out and fix the locks that are no longer working.. i have called idk about 20 TIMES the past two months and have never received a phone call back from ANYONE. At this very time i now have 3/4 doors that will not unlock from the inside and my main door WONT EVEN BARELY OPEN. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. We paid you over $800 to do this job and now you just dissapear and won’t return a single phone call???. I always check to make sure I have my wallet and keys but after a long night in the office I let the door lock behind me with the keys inside. I was located about 15 miles south of their office and DJ arrived exactly within the timeframe given which was more than reasonable as was the pricing considering it was nearly midnight. There also wasn't even left so much as a scratch on the lock or the door. I have a very heavy lock on the door so DJ brought two sets of equipment which ended up being needed.
