I always enjoy visiting my local Five Below. The store is well-kept, clean, and organized, making it easy to find whatever I’m looking for, whether it’s a fun new gadget, some affordable home decor, or a quick snack. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, and the staff plays a big part in that. They’re always friendly and helpful, and I’m consistently greeted with a smile when I walk through the door.

Both times checking out, the worker stands there in proximity watching me scan my items. Maybe it’s because i’m young they assume that young people steal. Not a comfortable experience checking out at...

Except for one middle age man who followed us throughout the store. Whenever I turned around he was staring at my granddaughter, I would move us into another aisle and watched as he came around the corner, always staring at her!!! He would pretend to be fixing items on shelves when I would look at him. We will NEVER go back to...
