The Fair is a very nice outing for my husband and myself. We truly enjoy seeing what our youth is up to. It’s a all around event from the sewing projects, baking & canning, plant & vegetables , photography. We especially like the Barns you get to see the animals our kids are taking care of. They learn the responsibility of caring for something other than themselves. In most cases the kids are up @ 5am feeding getting to know there animals , then after school there back out there doing the same thing. The Angus breed of cattle were represented well. If you ever wanted to see where that Angus meat comes from in the grocery store. You should go to the Fair. We were there on the 4th of July we were able to see the Tractor Pull , my Husband enjoys that! The announcer really knew everything about the people pulling and there Tractors .Very enjoyable! Plus you may run into old friends. Very nice event. Oh don’t forget all the rides for the kids and the Bands that were playing, bingo , booths with games. And the youth Food stand. I believe it’s a 4 day event , ending with fireworks on Sunday. We always use to take our kids when they were little to see them . A really nice overall family...
