Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Streetsboro

They say they want a liveable wage but they cant even get your whole order right. Young kids working hard to hold there attention. Went inside to order so they understood for take out to eat at the job site. The order was a cheeseburger with mustard, chopped onion. And pickles. I got a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. I ordered a chili cheese dog with onion and mustard and i got one with only chili sauce and nothing else. I ordered rance dipping sauce for my slighly uncooked chicken tenders and no sauce as well as no ketchup salt or pepper that i requested and lastly the fries was cold and chewy and oh the hambuger was so dry overcook not even etible but the thing that was most upsetting was i asked for every thing to be cooked to order to insure that the food was hot when i got to where i was going about 5 minits away and everything was cold like sitting for a hour cold I will give the another try because i know DQ generally has good fresh food. Dont know really what happened in this visit but i feel it was employees indifference to the customers dedires which is the # 1 reasons most businesses fail. Purchased a box of Buster Bars however the service today was inexcusable. I was standing behind customer placing his order. Instead of clerk Trinity B. asking if she could help me, she turned away to fill the drinks for first gentleman. The cook brought it to her attention that I was waiting, she said she knew but continued with the drinks. When she finally checked me out and I payed, Trinity said thank you and walked away.
