Earthbound Trading Co. — Local services in Strongsville

I’m going to prephase this saying i’m not a Karen. the manager accused me of shoplifting. I was holding a necklace and she comes over with a rude attitude saying “are you going to buy that” to which I replied “yes I accually am i’m debating between these two” and then she asks “can i hold that for you then”. i’m aware this conversation doesn’t sound rude but she had an attitude and after I told her I was going to but it she scoffed and said “mhmm”. She also followed me to the checkout and watched me checkout with the cashier, she was practically standing on top of me. When I left she also snickered rudely. I will be honest and say i was browsing in the store for awhile so it could have been suspicious, but i am upset that i was accused of shoplifting. The manager was also ot wearing her...

Have been to this location several times. I don't have a problem shopping here- but it is very hard when one of the young staff looks at you like you committed a crime or harassed any of them- in which- I don't harass anyone in any business I go to- mall or not. What needs to happen and should- is that they need to hire personnel who actually appreciate the business instead of intimidation. And also- their company can drop the prices on a lot of items if they want get...

I love this store but there stuff is seriously overpriced. Everytime I go in I have to mentally prepare myself to be bombarded by staff. I get that you have to tell me what's the sale going on but please leave me alone after that, don't ask me how I'm doing every 5 minutes. When checking out I was asked to donate to something and when I asked what it was, the cashier made me feel bad for not knowing about this organization.
