Matador Cigars — Local services in Stroud Township

Getting into something with a culture can be pretty intimidating. My other half has just become a fan of cigars and I’m wanting to be supportive of him, so the little he knows about means I know nothing! I went to Matador cigars being recommended by other Pocono locals for my fiancé’s birthday present and I was super happy I did! Zach took the time to help me and answer questions, he even listened to my vague descriptions of what cigars my fiancé likes, leading to the perfect cigars and accessories gifted. He loved them so much that I had to go back for more where Hassan (GM) and Mike were nice enough to look at my account to find my purchase. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff with a ton of options and accessories to choose from not to mention some pretty cool regulars. Definitely gained my loyalty and can’t wait to hang out at the beautiful lounge...

While traveling through Stroudsburg to do some shopping I stopped by here for a cigar to smoke on my ride home. Thinking it would be your typical tobacco store I was in for a very pleasant surprise. First, I was very warmly greeted by a knowledgeable young man who gavee his complete attention and really knew what he was talking about concerning their excellent selection of cigars. Their walk-in humidor boasts high-end quality cigars. They are perfectly humidified and are super fresh. They also offer a very warm and comfortable cigar lounge. I am truly looking forward to my return. Just a note...I smoke 4 cigars daily, 6x60s, for over 30 years. I'm not new to this activity and I was truly impressed...

Went there to hopefully watch the Giants/Eagles playoff game but there was some private event happening and no seating available. Maybe if Matador kept up their Facebook and Google presence, customers could avoid wasting time and gasoline driving there just to be forced to turn around and leave. They have an events calendar on their website that they don't even bother using. Even the photos are way out of date. Fool me once shame on you. But they will never have the opportunity to...
