The clerk at the store was very incompetent. We ordered a printer online for in-store pick up. She had us sign all the paperwork for the purchase without giving us the actual item we purchased. She had no clue how rewards worked and made us sign up for another account even though we had an account already. She kept saying we needed to be on the app to get the reward, but we told her there was a phone number associated with the account, but she ignored us. Then to top it all off, she never gave us all our bags and we didn't realize it until we got home hours later and had to GO BACK because they said they couldn't hold it beyond the next morning. We work! We have small children and an infant, who were all not feeling well and it was a true inconvenience to drive back and forth. We live over 30 minutes one way from your store. When we came back, the bag was placed next to someone's belongings, as if they were just going to take our purchased items home with them. This store...

I usually have a good experience at Staples, however today was different! When I was walking up to the UPS counter the lady thats working today basically yelled asking if I had an Amazon return. Hmmm no, I don't it's UPS and then she says we'll we can't print QR codes and you need to come back with one or go to a UPS store. I said Okay, no problem. Another couple was behind me and said "I have a QR code but if I give you the address would you be able to print it."Sure she says. I dont understand why that option wasn't given to me. She could have said " we are unable to print QR codes, but if you have the address i can assist. ALL customers should be treated the same. As a local real estate agent team we use a lot of supplies and we can always find what we want, when we want it and supplies are always in stock. Staff is extremely helpful and always suggesting items for us should we need in our business. Tech service are beyond excellent. Super friendly, explains in detail what is needed and most important why and when the items can be fixed and picked up. When we pick up the items, they show us what they have done and we are always extremely pleased.
