These guys have decent apartments that are gravely overpriced. Raised rent on people 200 dollars a month before their lease runs out. After charging me a deposit that was more than the lease, they took 70% of that deposit claiming painting fees (I don’t have art, no nails in the wall, no furniture against the walls).
