Argento Jewelry — Local services in Stuart

Quite possibly the worst jewelry store in the area. SEVERE lack of professional. For starters the service here is absolutely terrible. My experience here has been nothing less than the worst jewelry shopping experience I've ever had. I visited the store first in order to pick something out for my spouse to get me for Valentine's Day. We set the bracelet aside with a lady who had the biggest attitude and absolutely ruined our shopping experience, but we still set aside the bracelet, we had my spouse go and attempt to pick up the bracelet that we had set aside under his name, which they then told him they didn't have anything set aside in the back. We told them they did because we were literally just there a few days prior so they went ahead and looked again and they found the bracelet which my spouse then purchased, within two days of receiving the bracelet one of the stones had already fallen out, so I called and let them know that the bracelet had lost a stone within the first few days, they told me to bring back in so they could fix it so we brought it back in and they said it would be done in 2-3 days, they would give us a call when the bracelet is ready... an entire three weeks passes and we have not heard from them so we called them to which they told us they hadn't even gotten the stone yet for the bracelet so they're gonna go get another stone and they would give us a call... another week goes by and we have not heard from them what so ever. I called again to which they informed us that they must have gotten our phone number wrong because they called somebody but it wasn't us. Probably the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I would skip this place at all costs unless you're into jewelry that loses stones within a few days and playing phone tag with people who can't even get phone numbers right. No wonder this place doesn't accept refunds because they would probably go out of business with how many returns...

I bought my first piece of jewelry from this lovely downtown Stuart boutique jewelry store in 2011, it was a sterling silver palm tree pendant. Fast forward to 2023, that pendant is still beautiful and in excellent condition. I have become a huge fan of Larimar and Argento has an absolutely amazing selection of this beautiful stone!
