Let's start with the appetizers – a tantalizing array of flavors and textures that set the tone for the meal to come. The crackling calamari, with its crispy exterior and tender interior, is a symphony of flavors that dances across the palate, leaving you craving more with each bite. And the housemade mozzarella cheese sticks? They're nothing short of a culinary masterpiece – gooey, melty perfection encased in a golden, crispy shell that's pure comfort food bliss.
But perhaps the true star of the appetizer menu is the smoked salmon deviled eggs. This twist on a classic dish elevates it to new heights, with creamy, savory egg filling topped with delicate, smoky salmon – it's a flavor combination that's as unexpected as it is delicious, and one that will leave you dreaming about it long after the meal is over.

Read moreAlthough we arrived later than the open table reservation ... I announced that we had one. At not point did they ask for my name to check in the reservation. I didn't push it. It took a very long time for the waiter to come to the table for a drink order. He apologized for the time it took to return with our drinks despite it not being that long. We placed an app order. Prior to the apps arriving he checked back in and asked for our entree. Sometimes I wind the server to please space out the meal but gave our server too much credit. A few minutes after the apps arrived, the entrees arrived. I told the runner that it was a bit soon but for many reasons didn't want to deal with the management and server when they came to check in. Normally, I would have complained... the entree gnocchi was vinegary and salty ... almost tasted like sauerbraten the short rib was moist but the gnocchi was overpowered by the sauce. There was NO TRACE of parsnips ... the carrots were not soft and NO potato chips present.
The Brussels sprout app was also not well cooked and didn't have a blend of the flavors of chorizo.
We had one of each of the 3 apps remaining and our sever wrapped DEVILED EGGS (which were very good) and the SHORT RIB LOLLIPOP in the same bin! Awful combo ... I felt as thoughtrhe server wanted to close out their shift although there were other tables still dining .
The atmosphere was nice but the server was...

The difference in professionalism and service at Spritz City was night and day compared to our first stop. We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door, and everything was uphill after that.
Our server Ryan was fantastic. His top shelf service, complimented by his positive energy made my our evening out feel extra special. He had no idea that this was an important night for us; he was just doing his job in a way that can be so easily lost on others in the industry that don't take their craft seriously. Thank you Ryan!
The food was delicious. We shared the buffalo cauliflower, calamari, lambchops, and mac and cheese. The (sherry?) dipping sauce for the calamari, along with the arugula, hot peppers and capers mixed into the dish was divine. I will definitely have that again.
Martinis were enjoyed as well -- lychee and lemon ginger both got compliments from my mom and sister.
We are so happy that we made the impromptu decision to change locations. We felt bad at the time, but in the end, it was the right move. Our experience at Spritz was memorable and well...
