RM Little Town is an absolute hidden gem! We brought our two kids, 3 and 5, to play for the first time and the immediate looks on their faces when we walked in said it all! They had the best time playing and there was plenty to do for both ages! And everything is CLEAN — they are even multiple hand sanitizer dispensers available for guests to use.

Before we even left from our first visit I booked our son’s birthday party for 2 weeks later! It was the BEST decision ever! Dona and Doug are top notch! Friendly, personable, and parents themselves!! They anticipated all our needs and made the entire planning process and day-of easy, seamless, and totally perfect! Dona was totally reachable and in contact leading up to the party. I was able to pack up and drop off all my party gear the day before and Little Town handled the entire set up! As part of my booking, I also upgraded to have balloons/backdrop designed by the team. It was perfect and totally spot on with what I said I was looking for!

The kids all had an amazing time. It was honestly one of the only kids’ parties I’ve been to where the kids were loving every second but I also felt like I could relax as a parent — and I was the host!! 😂 All the parents agreed! The size of the space is totally manageable, no need to chase even the little kids, it was a private party for our guests only, and the play area is divided from the storefront/parking lot entrance with a gate.

Little Town is a truly incredible, local, family-owned establishment and you can bet there will be some nice long naps following any visit! 🥰 Thank you again, Dona, Doug, Riley, and RM...

I purchased the $110 pack for my kids, which included a punch card for future visits. We had been there several times and enjoyed it.

One day, I couldn’t find my punch card but decided to go anyway. When I arrived, I explained to the owner that I had misplaced the card. He informed me that there was nothing he could do because it was my responsibility to keep track of the card. Well I used 4 out of the 10 visits. It’s the business responsibility to give me the 6 visits. I asked if there was a record in his system, but he said no.

I was shocked by the lack of a solution or any effort to address the situation. It felt unfair, as I had already paid for the card, yet they refused to honor it in any way. So, they pretty much stole our money. I will have to dispute this purchase with my bank to try to recover what I paid. While we liked the facility, the lack of hospitality and customer care was disappointing. As a result, we’ve decided to take our business to We Rock the Spectrum, where we feel our patronage will be better valued. This experience reflects poor...

We were looking forward to having another indoor play area to bring our toddler especially one that offered boba but unfortunately we didn't have a great experience. First impression walking through the door, the whole place smelled like strong dirty diapers, the bathroom had no toilet paper, and everything just seemed messy. There were dog beds randomly inside some of the play houses and in the ball pit. They had cute areas set up for pretend play with some costumes but that's it.
