HomeGoods — Local services in Stuart

So very saddened to shop here today in Stuart, to find the gorgeous, beautiful display of pottery, glass and the beautiful dishes that you saw when entering the store, just to the right, was all gone. This store used to look so classy; so Palm Beachy. And it was like that for years! Now the beautiful glassware is relegated to a back shelf in the store. There is nothing eye catching whatsoever. The choice in serving dishes and glassware, greatly diminished. I used to be thrilled just to enter the store and would shriek with glee at the pretty display of glassware. I would always remark to my husband, "don't you just love this store"? The other half of the store is fine, and I love the furniture. But that one whole half of the store is so sad now. I was looking for a colorful casserole dish that could go in the oven. Couldn't find it. Only one white one in the whole store. Oh my gosh, back in the day, I could have had my pick. I know online shopping is giving stores a run for their money..but HomeGoods is not an online store! I told the cashier who waited on me. This is horrible. Looks like K-mart now. How sad! Is this a sign of the times?..perhaps. HomeGoods, choose somebody who knows how to make pretty displays. This is still the way to draw people in. Now I feel I'm just in any other store that looks like it is going by...

I shopped at the Stuart, HomeGoods on June 14, 2022 for office furniture and had a great experience and found everything needed. However the receipt from this trip went missing and I returned to the store Wednesday June 29, 2022 where I had the pleasure to work with Leanne, she searched the data base with the card information, date, amount and time I was able to give her and she was able to find the receipt for me so I could expense this, I am upset I am not able to give Leanne 10 Stars. There are not many people willing to go above and beyond and not stop until they help the customer but, Leanne is just this and I would hire her in a heartbeat if she was looking for a job, I really hope corporate see's her leadership skill, customer service skills and her positive and great attitude she deserves a promotion for working so hard!! Love this store wherever I go. Cant beat it. Decorated my entire condo in Fla with Home Goods decor, accessories, furniture mixed in with other things. (I also buy gifts for Xmas, birthdays, weddings, housewarming, you name it! )The entire thing. Didnt spend alot either...they got it all. If they don't, just wait til the trucks come in..with more stuff. I am a walking advertisement for them...
