Mr. Smoke Stuart — Local services in Stuart

I love this store and most of its employees are excellent with their service , I’ve always had a pleasant experience when I come in. However, the past few months have been unnecessarily filled with drama and backlash. Starting with one night i went in to make a purchase I had difficulty because the employee closed the register and would not accept cash during business hours(11:40). Then the same employee started closing the business several times ranging from 10 minutes to even 45 minutes early while leaving the open sign on. I work late most nights and I come in as early as I can. I previously worked retail and understand how annoying it can be to deal with customers so close to closing hours . Nonetheless it is your job and you do what you gotta do. I make it quick , I go in buy what I need every time and walk right out. Closing early while advertising a different time is an inconvenience for people who drive all the way to the store and find both doors locked. Any other Mr smoke I have been to has never done this. I did what any customer would do which is bring it up to the employees who work there. After the first time it seemed the problem was solved, even though when I came afterwards the employee would act very childish & try to intimidate me, I never engaged . I got my things and left. Fast forward and the same employee begins doing it again , I ignore it until one night after I buy my things the employee comes behind me and lock the doors at 10:45 pm. I jokingly talked with friends who work at the business about the situation, then today I walk into the business and that same employee starts yelling at me making accusations. It’s insanity, the amount of drama over something that shouldn’t be trivial and be an easy solution...

A trip to the dispensary, led me the auto store, and next door MR. SMOKE.

Shane and Tyler were Outstanding!!! Not a moment of discomfort from either the staff of the store, so friendly & happy to pass on their knowledge to educate the consumer.

I went in for one transaction and walked out with a Huge smile And a transformation.

I had so much fun, there was no doubt I will be back. The prices were the most reasonable I have Seen locally.
