Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Stuart

I don't often post reviews but felt compelled to do so tonight.

I am not sure what is going on with this Stuart FL location but when we order online it says 35 minutes, which i understand may be optimistic... and I am pretty patient when it comes to delays... but last time I ordered here it literally took 2 hours, and after that wait it showed up completely wrong, the wrong pizza, the wrong wings. I have kids who were already "over it", then when it showed up wrong it was extra frustrating to deal with. The manager told me they would refund but it never happened.

But, its been about two months.... so I gave them ANOTHER chance tonight, and its over an hour and 15 minutes so far, still no pizza. I called and they put me on hold for 15 minutes, never picked up, before I gave up and hung up. There will be no 3rd chance from me on this. Sucks too because we like the Pizza Hut brand but this location needs major help. Tonight it took 1 hour and 20 minutes...

It is mind blowing how bad this experience was. I understand we are talking about pizza hut and the experience isn't going to be great but....

I order the pizza everything good came on time and with everything I ordered... Sounds great!!! NO

The pizza is gross hard and the crust didn't cook fully on the bottom. in some places the cheese fell through it. It has the feel and taste of a pizza made and reheated.

Now the driver that came... I went outside to get the pizza and could find her called out and nothing she was standing outside the car about 20 feet away. she looked confused when i walked to her but said she was the delivery person. She then grabbed my pizza from her car and flopped it on the floor so that she could get the recipe for me to sign it. After signing she then pulled the pizza out from the floor and handed it to me.

Like I said I don't expect great service but...

At 1115 I ordered a pizza and they said that it would be 30 minutes to be delivered then it was about 1150 and the food wasn’t there so i called and they said that it would take longer and said a guarantee of 1204 am so I wait and wait and wait until around 1210 so I call them back and they say it’s delivered and I say no it’s not turns out they put the wrong phone number so they couldn’t contact me. They try to blame it on me and say that it’s too late at night for the pizza even though I ordered it at 1115 (a hour and 45 minutes before they close) so after talking to them for a while they send it back out and with the worst attitude but now it’s 1228 over a hour after ordering it and it’s expected to be delivered at 1254 almost 2 hours after I ordered, this is the worst service I have ever had do not order from this place 0...
