Saw Lilo and Stitch opening weekend. Positives: The seats were comfortable and spacious. Negatives: The sound was so low that I couldnt hear many lines during the movie. I also heard other people multiple times ask someone else they were sitting with "what did they say?" When the movie was about to start it said it was Dolby 7.1 and there was definitely no surround sound. What I really did not like about this theater was they are old school buy tickets and then hopefully find seats together. Its a first come seating system. Blackstone Cinema allows you to choose your seats when you buy tickets and not have to worry about rushing into the movie to get the best seats you can find and hopefully if you have multiple people with you, you can find enough seats together. So after buying our tickets we were anxious while getting popcorn and drinks because we had 4 of us and hoped to find 4 seats together. We lucked out because we went to a 6pm movie on a Monday night. I was excited months ago when I originally read the plans for this place was to have actual food/meals and they were going to take orders at your seat and deliver the food to you during the movie. Doesnt look like that happened. I wouldnt recommend seeing an action movie here because the sound system is bad bad! Ill give this place another chance in a few months to see if they work the kinks out and deliver a "Luxury Experience" as promised. In the meantime we will stick to...

So I ordered tickets online, the site froze and acted like the transaction didn’t go through. Then I noticed I was missing the amount for the ticket, it said pending in my account. So I went in and explained hoping they could do something but instead I was met with a HORRIBLE attitude from the manager. He then told me in a very condensing way there’s no proof of purchase. So I showed them the transaction and continued to get attitude. A simple I’m sorry it looks like something went wrong on our end, you’ll have to contact your bank for a refund would have sufficed. So I called and asked for management which happened to be him and was met with MORE attitude. I believe his name was John. I do not recommend you buy tickets online, and if you do make sure if it freezes the sale doesn’t still try to pend. And if it does hope you don’t get that guy when you try to talk to them. I’m going to be honest I was not impressed with this theater it sat abandoned for some time and it was cheaply remodeled, one of the speakers in the theater was obviously blown out the seat were not extremely comfortable but decent. It was all cheaply done and unimpressive. The ticket prices were about average but the food prices were ridiculous for two small (they only have once size) slushies and a few stale chips and cheese cost me almost $30 I get movie drinks and food are always expensive but for 2 slushies and some nachos it was pretty steep, the only reason I’m giving this theater 3 stars is because the staff was extremely kind helpful and professional they had an amazing vibe. I also noticed the side lights were very bright in my opinion. Im not one to leave low reviews but this place could definitely have some room for improvement I would be open to going to them in the future if they can work out the few...
