Marshalls — Local services in Sturbridge

If I could give this marshalls 0 stars I would based off of one awful experience. The manager there was very helpful, but the older woman with the loud mouth working there was extremely rude to her coworkers and customers. I attempted to buy a gift card for my sisters birthday and asked her if my sister was able to use the card for her clothes on scene. She said sarcastically “ummm… yeah what do you think it will be activated. “ with an awful attitude. My sister then attempted to use the gift card and it would not work. We sat around for 20 minutes waiting for the manager to figure out the issue, with minimal explanation from staff on what was going on. Still don’t have my money back. Will be contacting Marshalls for a refund. Not to mention the woman was yelling at and belittling a younger male coworker before this all happened. Will never return especially if she is working.. My sister had to pay for all of her clothes on her birthday :( and I’m out 100$ for...

Great store, fashion for less & many designer clothes/brand names at a fraction of the price they're sold elsewhere. Courteous, helpful & welcoming employees that offer customers clean shopping carts upon entering the store. Lines for checkout can get very lengthy, but staff keeps them moving as quickly as possible. I've found many great bargains here. Clothing available for men/women & children/babies as well. They also have shoes for the entire family and other goodies such as beauty products, snacks/sweets and coffee for brewing at home in checkout line. You can find awesome clearance items as well. Great deals on name brand items! Some of the original tags are crazy prices and you see your getting a deep discount. Highly recommend getting a good coat there for winter! A family could save several hundred dollars for doing it. Marshall's also does a really good job keeping the place clean and organized. These places can get crazy with people competing for a deal and the store can suffer. Overall, when your wearing a quality name brand item, nobody knows what you paid, just that...
