I just had the pleasure of being helped by Caleb during my visit to Five Below, and I can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment I walked in, Caleb greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that immediately made me feel welcome. He was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive and helpful—offering assistance without being pushy and going above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed.

What really stood out was his positive energy and patience. Even when the store got busy, Caleb remained calm, professional, and courteous to everyone. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. It’s rare to come across someone who delivers such consistently excellent customer service.

Easily the best and cleanest Five Below I've ever been to. The selection of products is the most of any 5Below I've been to on the east coast and the store is well laid out with a great flow to it. Sharon is a terrific person and I was very pleased to see she was indeed the Store Manager. She truly deserves the props she gets for this location. I've visited this store a few times and always had a good experience. Once, a worker gave my kiddo a lolli. Today, after being at my wits end after my toddler not listening at all and having a full on tantrum, a lovely worker (blond, tattoo on inner wrist/forearm, didn't catch her name) helped me bag all my things and helped my son open his toy cars.
