The selection is great so this place gets 3 stars. However some of the staff aren't very friendly, like they would rather be anywhere else in the world. Also when I pre-ordered a slab of pork belly and specifically asked for skin ON, what I unwrapped when I got home was a skinless slab. The skin is the best part! So I had to repurpose the meat with a different recipe, and no crackling. Very disappointing. I guess I should have unwrapped the meat at the store but when you order from a butcher you just take for granted that they know what...

Great meat market! We stopped here to get dinner to grill while visiting town for the weekend. They had a great selection of fresh and frozen meat and seafood. They also had buns, deli salads, home made dips and soups, frozen appetizers and sides, and fresh cheese and sausage. We ended up getting different flavored marinated chicken breasts and beer cheese soup which were both delicious! We also got beef sticks and fresh squeaky cheese curds. Awesome local meat and sausage shop. They have tons of interesting flavors of homemade brats and sausages, a nice variety of fresh meats, and sides, plus interesting ready to bake or grill selections like marinated chicken breasts and pork loin roasts. Oh and they also smoke their own bacon, summer sausage, etc. A lot of local people and restaurants keep them busy, but they are always well staffed and stocked to provide great customer service.
