Sturgis Harley-Davidson — Local services in Sturgis

Really? there are NO motorcycles at the Sturgis Harley Davidson? That was a the comment of a customer that had walked in right after i did. He made sure his comment was heard by everyone in the store. I dont think he understands the complete hassle that would create in sturgis at a rally. So with that said, this store does sell parts, accessories, clothing, jewelry, wallets and nearly everything else the motor co. puts their logo on.

I had a great experience in my purchase of a limited-edition Sturgis Street Glide Ultra. I hadn't really intended to buy a new bike, but the dealership made a respectable offer on the bike I had and emphasized the many upgrades and features that the new bike had over my former one. It was definitely a leap forward, and I appreciate the dealership having emphasized some of those key points. Stopped in to the parts counter during the Sturgis Rally. Apparently we were wasting their time having them check for some parts we have been having issues finding. Also witnessed a medical emergency while in the store and could not believe the rude manor in which individuals behind the service counter handled the situation. Would not recommend this store if you have any motorcycle parts needs. I have never been treated so poorly at any other Harley dealership in the country! Would give negative rating if possible.
