On Sunday January 10th, Shawn was the man. We pulled up in a 2005 F-250 that was in dire need of two batteries and an alternator. Shawn didn’t need to do anything more than sell us our parts and wish us good luck. But that’s not Shawn’s style. He rounded up all the tools he though we might need and stood with us in the parking lot and helped make all the repairs. In less than an hour we were on our way to the 777 Ranch in Hermosa to pick up 5 bison to haul back to North Dakota. Absolutely saved our day. Shawn is the dude....

I like the deals I find here and "usually" staff is helpful but really kinda bummed they can't help put a battery in a car or assistant in helping me do it myself. I could swear they use to help put batteries in or maybe I just got them mixed up with the helpful people at AutoZone. I would have totally bought a $200-300 battery if they would of even just talked me through how to replace my own...

We had a rzr break down on the trail, needed a new oil filter. We knew it would be cutting it close to closing time but called ahead and asked if they could stay open a couple minutes later. We got there at 7:57pm. All the doors were locked. The employees were standing behind the counter looking at us so we knocked and they told us to leave. We USED to frequent this store but...
