store manager needs to fix her attitude. you work at homegoods. I can't imagine that the job gets that stressful that you need to be rude to YOUR customers. but a lot of the workers are rude and will walk right in front of you without saying excuse me. I've only met a couple of extremely nice workers. she was also really rude to my friend as well. this has been my go to location so I'd hate to leave but if I deal with this again I can't promise I'll keep my mouth shut. it's not that hard to be nice to people that have done nothing to you. sorry your life is just so miserable you have to bring everyone else down...

My mother was here shopping today and her purse was stolen out of her shopping cart. When she went to the front she was told she needs to calm down and not be so rude. Mind you my mom is 70 years old. She was afraid and confused. Their theft prevention team does not work weekends so they were unable to assist the police with the footage from their cameras. With it being the holiday season they should have some sort of security...

Omg. Just left Homegoods total 18.01 girl messed up pushed cash but I was paying with card. Manager came over didn't know how to fix either, forget it I'll pay with cash handed her 20.10.
