Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Suffolk

First of all today was a fail because they had a new girl on the line that did not know the proper portion size for rice she was skimping so bad on the rice I asked her to double what she put in there and she did it again still very very little portions even the person next to her tried to tell her how to do it. So when I got to the counter I asked asked to purchase a bowl of rice (after telling her on the line three times that I would purchase more if that's what the issue was) to which the young Chyna said it would be $1 but because the girl was new she would just go get me one. I get out to my car and realize I have no cutlery in my bag. Now all the way up until this time they have been putting the cutlery in thei bags with no cutlery on the counters because of covid. I walked back inside and I see that now they've started putting the cutlery back on the counter which I'm not comfortable with because we're still in the middle of a pandemic and they didn't have any forks out. So I walked to the counter and ask the same girl Chyna for a fork she said they didn't have any I said okay well can you get me some from the back she said again we don't have any I said no can you get me a set of spoons from the back she huffs off slams her hand into the box and comes back and abruptly hands me my spoons as if I was asking too much of her when all she really had to do was walk over to the takeout section and pick up a couple of spoons from there nonetheless . I come all the way to Suffolk to this specific Chipotle whenever my family and I are on this side because we don't like the one in Hampton but today was an absolute fail . I am literally sitting in the parking lot haven't touched my food just to make this review absolutely...

Somebody please tell me who the manager or district manager is? This is hands down had to be the WORST chipolte customer service experience. The folks on the line hate their job and are not afraid to show it. They were out of fajita veggies, guacamole and other items and when you ask if they will be a wait for more they snap at you rudely, cut eyes, shrug shoulders and then literally said look " I'm just the line." This was around 6:30 so it's not like we are talking near closing. I was in a great mood so I tried to remain positive I smiled and said I no big deal you all cheer up. They all still had attitude. I ordered the Carne asada bowl. They gave new such a small amount of meat that I asked for at least a little more. They told me no I had to pay I said ok how much more is it for more meat, the the young lady said $2-$3. She then said let me make sure she then asks the cashier how much for extra meat the cashier confirmed $3 I said ok. I add hot salsa and Pico then the cashier says oh the extra meat is $6. I immediately said wait that's double never mind. Then the other lady said well you'll have to give it back and the other girl started digging in my bowl and picking out steak THEN took the spicy steak covered with salsa and put it back in the main bowl to be made for someone else. At this point I'm just floored and should have just left but I just looked, paid for my food and just left. Rice was hard portions are tiny and ingredients old.. NEVER AGAIN......

I came in here trying to purchase a bowl. Michelle walks up to serve me and I ask for white rice as I always do when I come in here very frequently because I can’t have cilantro. Michelle proceeds to tell me “we never have plain white rice” I replied and said I used to work here you don’t cook the rice with the cilantro in it and I always come in and get a lain white rice. She proceeds to tell me they don’t have it, I responded can you go check because I’m sure you do. Michelle walks off with an attitude shaking her head to ask the blonde head Caucasian lady if they have rice in the back she responds no so at this point both of them are flat out lying. I ask Michelle to go to the back and look politely and she goes to the back and comes back stating we do have white rice. At this point I ask for a manager because why are you giving me the runaround for over 5 minutes about giving me white rice. So Louis the manager on duty came up to me I explained everything to him and his response was “she didn’t know, I’ll talk to them” so I responded well Michelle asked another employee I literally used to work here and I knew about it and didn’t even cook anything when I was working here so how is it that nobody knows anything.
