Disappointed. My family and I have been a regular customer at NaNa Sushi since they opened in 2008, so much so that we went to celebrate or 19th Wedding Anniversary with them. UNFORTUNATELY, our day of celebration turned into our last time eating at NaNa Sushi and instead a good steak at Ruth's Chris. We waited for 15 minutes (standing) for seating, while another couple (friends of the hostess) came in and was seated in a waiting area, their coats were taken and within 5 minutes were seated at a table. In addition to us, there was another couple that was also waiting for seating before us. The hostess' explanation for this service was that the manager, Desmond requested for them to seat before us. When we requested to speak with the manager she informed us that Desmond asked us to call the next day to discuss the matter and would not talk to us this evening. We support small businesses and wish for them to thrive but I feel with NaNa Sushi's success they have forgotten humility, quality and service. Your success may be your downfall. Review - The quality and portion of the food has declined (especially the beef and shrimp) since they first opened. Food is tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant. "Kashita mono wa wasurezu, karita mono...

I went for dinner yesterday night and had black mold in my drinks it was tiny black pieces floating in the water,But thats not even all i get my appetizers and alcohol drinks after my main meal id think you would get gyozas and seaweed salad before steak and shrimp hibachi and fried sushi rolls. Hibachi steak was over cooked i asked for medium rare and get well over well done, the shrimp were curled up and tasted chewy and likely they were frozen NOT FRESH LIKE THE MANGER SAID. Sushi rolls were undercooked to the point it was mushy. It’s also sad to see The manager works her kids who look clearly under 12 and she got mad at a young boy and yelled at him and the way she talks to employees is unacceptable needs to tone her voice down.i will not be coming back again. Only positive thing was my waitress she was busy and helped me through my problems because i was new with the area and asian food, i don’t remember her name but its the young lady with tattoos and piercings she was an amazing waitress we made sure to leave her a good tip even though the food was disgusting. Lastly if your old or have young kids I highly do not recommend the music is obnoxiously loud and you can barely hear your...

I used to love this place , had been coming for years. Food is always good. However, tonight when I got my bill, I noticed the price was higher on one of my items than listed on the menu. I asked the server about it and she said, oh well the menus are dated and that is why the price is higher. I was beyond shocked and told her that this is false advertising as I was not told about the higher price when I ordered it. She stormed off to get a manager. She said she will fix the price, but from now on, I should know the menu is dated and ask about prices... SAY WHAT NOW? I said no, I should NOT have to ask about prices on a menu that is in front of me If the price is already listed, THAT is not my job and I should be informed of any changes from the server. She then started blaming prices going up on the pandemic and how they are too busy to print make new menus. I wanted to laugh so hard, because the pandemic was 4 years ago and still using that excuse is beyond ignorant at best. I guess I will give this place a break for a while and continue to go to my other favorite place in...

Service was wonderful! I called one evening to find out when they closed, essentially her answer equated to them closing in 30 minutes. But she stated that it was fine to come in, even after telling her we are still 10 mins away. When we arrived she already had a table waiting for us. I told her we would order quickly as we don't want to keep them. But throughout our time there she kept assuring us that they are still prepping for the next day and we never felt rushed or unwanted. Food was wonderful too. I ordered the Korean BBQ bento. The beef was tender and seasoned perfectly. I had no leftovers, which is typically the case when I get a bento box meal. Our table also got the sushi dinner and the Vegetable Tempura. Sushi was a generous size and very fresh. And the tempura was not oily at all.

Hands down, my favorite sushi restaurant. The space is always clean and well li; the staff so welcoming. I’ve been coming for more than 10 years. Even after moving half an hour away, I still make the drive back. We always start with edamame appetizer. It’s always cooked to perfection, hot but never overdone. Tokyo Love Story is my favorite. The pink soy paper tones down the fishy taste; sauces are rather sweet, making it a good entry roll for those new to sushi. We also love Spicy Girl for the thin sliced lemon that makes that roll sparkle. Non sushi eaters appreciate the other dinner offerings. Teriyaki chicken has been a favorite with our guests. Wine pours are generous. Everyone will consider that a plus. Try the sake flight to decide if sake is for you.

We had a great experience at Nana Sushi. We were greeted at the door and seated promptly. It is very nice and clean inside. The decor was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff was very nice and helped answer any questions we had. My wife and kids had sushi, but I noticed the kimchi seafood ramen and I am glad I did! The presentation of the food was top notch and the food was delicious. I wish I would have saved room for dessert. They all sounded really good! If you are in the area you should definitely stop in and give them a try. We will definitely be back to see them and try some more things on the menu. If you all at Nana Sushi read this thank you for a really nice first experience and we will see you all soon!
