Have Any OF YOU Taken Your Phone Apart After Batteries Plus Worked On It?....WELL I DID! I had an Iphone 6 plus that I needed a battery for because it had sat unused for a long time & had died. Batteries plus replaced the battery. The phone powered up fine after this....but for some reason part of my keyboard for texting would not respond. Several letters on one side of the screen would not work at all & the clerk said that that was a motherboard issue & they could not fix that. I had just paid over $100 for a new battery but at this point I considered the phone nearly useless & figured something had went bad with the motherboard in the phone due to sitting so long & battery dying. I have used this phone as nothing but a music player for about a year now & guess what....THE BATTERY DIED AGAIN! with less than a years use & only as a music player mind you....so I decided I was going to replace tha battery myself this time considering I can get them on Amazon for $20 with kit & all & good instruction videos on youtube. Well once the battery came I sat down to begin taking phone apart & realized that batteries plus had not used any sealant to seal my phone back together. After taking the first 2 screws out the screen lifted right up with no prying or effort at all. I was like Hmmm....next I noticed that the little metal sheild to cover my computer wire "ribbon connectors" was never even reinstalled & low & behold one of the ribbons were not even securely connected!!! NEXT...there was only one screw holding the battery connector in place &&&&&&&&&& NO STICKY TAPE HOLDING THE BATTERY TO THE PHONE BOTTOM!!! This was unbelievable how poorly of a job they did for me!!! AND WORST OF ALL... I had reccomended friends of mine who needed batteries & screens to use them!! Once I got my phone all back together CORRECTLY.....everything now works perfectly again...including my keyboard! They had caused me to buy a new phone when it wasnt needed!! And couldnt sell because it wasnt working correctly.....I'm lucky I didnt just throw it away! I guess they just thought...."hey...they will never go inside this phone themselves so I'm not going to worry about putting sheilds & screws back in place" not to mention no tape to hold battery OR plugging wires in correctly!!! I am VERY upset with their service! I highly reccomend people do this themselves from now on! It is really pretty easy & MUCH MUCH CHEAPER! AND....You know it...

Don't buy your motorcycle batteries here. I purchased online using their website's fitment tool a year ago. The battery fit with a little persuasion. A year later the battery is bad, I go into the store to make a claim on the 2 year warranty and the manager tells me that the battery is not the one from my receipt. The manager did give me a replacement matching the one on my receipt but it doesn't fit my bike and they will not exchange it for one that does. If they gave me the battery listed on my receipt I would have known upon install it didn't fit and been able to return it to get a correct sized one. Their item codes do not match any item codes on the boxes the batteries come in nor is it listed on their website so it is impossible for the consumer to verify aside from taking their word for it. My receipt says 14L group size, the box says 15L and the manager assures me its a 14L. Contacted their corporate office customer service and basically they have no way to hold the store accountable as it is independently owned meaning the store's decision goes. Now I have a battery and warranty that's useless to me and have to spend $110 on a new battery because they gave me the wrong part from the very beginning.

Bottom line, the store is probably fine for other stuff but triple check that what you purchased is what you get if you're purchasing something...

Came in for key fob battery replacement, they had sign posted batteries for life while this is a great deal I gave 2 stars for the fact sales associate broke the battery storage for the fob in 2 places one on the side of the housing and one where the battery actually goes into to function as I waited he grab tape another associated told him to use a different tape for batteries. He returned back into sight with my fob and proceeds to say that he put tape on my broken slots. The key didn’t have any broken spots prior how do I know because before I came in while at work my co worker stated he had extra battery when I mentioned I’d be replacing my battery today I removed covering and saw that his battery was a different model and I drove straight to batteries plus. When I walked outside the rigged key fob had opened my trunk and did it several times before I made it home every stop my trunk was opened due to Tape compressing button! I filed down internal but the crazy part about it this was the second time in less than a week I’ve had someone return something broken to me first was AAMCO they replaced my transmission and in process unaligned my steering wheel customer service post Covid is absolutely terrible! By the way I’m taking my car back to AAMCO for fix Friday. I’ll wait on my replacement fob lol but seriously I’m not a...
