From the minute I walked in the door it felt like a hometown local owned store that just made you feel super comfortable to do business with! The woman who helped us named Robin was super helpful I don’t know what they pay Robin but they should for sure increase it because she is worth it. Robin greeted us the minute we walked in the door with a bright big smile, we were there to look at an UPPABABY VISTA stroller and as soon as we said that she was right next to us giving a full demonstration on it! She did so well you would have thought she invented the thing. She upheld a high standard of professionalism and answered any little question we had and if she didn’t have the answer you better believe she got it for us in literally seconds. Robin made us, the customer, feel super important, not like one of the big named chain retail stores. The Velveteen Rabbit had our children’s needs and our wants at heart the entire time we were there. I am very picky about the people who try to help me at a store because nine times out of ten they only want your money, not this place they want you as a friend. I fully suggest anybody looking for stuff for the baby visit The Velveteen Rabbit! They are fantastic and please look for Robin, and Mrs. Diane Wand if you are reading please value your employee because I will definitely be a returning customer! My wife and I went to The Velveteen Rabbit on a whim, mostly just to look at the UPPAbaby stroller. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Robin, and a beautiful store filled with items that felt like they were hand picked by mom. From the softest stuffed animals, to the cutest clothing, and a collection of adorable books. We immediately connected with Robin and Diane, and ended up chatting with them for hours.
