I used to love this place about 2-3 years ago, but tried to order again tonight and had the worst experience. The restaurant offers online ordering through a third party, so I used it. Well the 3rd party gives you no eta, so I still had to call restaurant. Well after calling 3 times to get someone to answer, this woman answered with a huge attitude. Then she couldn’t find my order, so I eventually provided her the confirmation #, which she still couldn’t find. After digging more she finally asked if it was delivery or pick, which it was for pick up. She still didn’t see it, but said sometimes it takes a minute and it would be ready soon. So I questioned how she could give me an eta without even having my order, and what exactly does “soon” mean? It’s coming out the oven, 10 minutes, 30 minutes?? With much more attitude she just said 15 minutes and hung up, shockingly it wasn’t ready when I went to pick up. THEN she continued her rudeness that we shouldn’t use online because they don’t make as much money.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

And to top it all off, the quality and taste of the pizza and wings was only eatable because I was starving by the time I got home.

There is better option in the area if you want take out Italian, or maybe just go anywhere that actually values...

So last week, I ordered an Small Cheese Pizza w| Mild Wings. Food was delivered Pizza was Burnt & Wings Didn’t have mild sauce on them. Called to complain because I wanted ordered replaced. Angela was very rude and didn’t fix my order. Had to come back up there after I paid my money so my food could be delivered. Met with the owner very nice and he fixed my order. Sooooo today, I ordered the same thing like I do every week. Small cheese pizza w| mild wings. This time my pizza came burnt & the pizza was not cut. Yes, I said my pizza was not cut. So I called to complain & this time I spoke with Missy, she told me that she was going to send the driver to my house with an pizza cutter. Really your going to send an pizza cuter to my house? By this time my food is going to be cold. & I’m just over it. Missy was also very rude & this time hung up on me. I tried to call back no answer. I will not be ordering anything else from them. Dropped in for one slice of cheese pizza since people had good things to say about the place.

Cleanliness - F-tier. It isn’t institutional-level clean. I won’t catch typhus by sitting anywhere.

Still didn’t get good vibes behind the counter. Staff are dressed in greasy shirts, have no hair netting, and sweat like pigs. These are the people handling your food, guys.

Service - F-tier. One of the staff members was asleep/tuned out with buds in. Two other people took about five minutes to get to me. Place is dead quiet. I’m the only one in there in off-peak hours.

Ordered the basic minimum thing to try the place. Could hear register dude’s disappointment.

Do you like being surprised with hidden fees? I don’t like being surprised with minimum card charges. The menu says $3.50 for a slice of cheese pizza. I expect $3.50. Nickel and dime me harder.
