Walked into this LoveSac location after hearing a lot about the sactional. I was having lower back pain from the couch we had at the time, so it was so amazing that the staff here let me sit in the showroom with my laptop for an hour during a slow time for the store. I got to really see if it would cause me any pain (it didn’t!). The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, start to finish. They helped with fabric choice, layout, and more. I visited the showroom several times before purchasing and they were always accommodating and never pushy. After purchasing they helped me with exchanging covers (I picked the wrong color fabric for my house). They also worked with us to get the supersac cover we wanted.
