Macy's — Local services in Sugar Land

I have been a loyal customer since the day it has been open:-)! I love shopping here but I also love the bestest at the Galleria Mall at Macy's :-)! Both places has difference clothes and jewelries and perfumes and shoes and giveaways:-( :-)! I just love their selection of jewelries and clothes and so funny about the whole thing the prices are different too it's either higher or lower :-( :-)! And what's so wonderful about this location they do have furniture selections for you to choose from and the prices is not too bad it's actually better than Conn's because Conn's charge you extra of little things like delivery charges and administration fee and property insurance and warranty Etc which I think is ridiculous charges especially you are actually paying their employees with outrageous fees just to fill out on the computer application fees and you end up paying too much money at Conn's :-( :-)! They have plenty of parking for everyone even handicapped :-)! I was also shocked they also have Starbuck coffee inside the Macy's store close by the perfume Department which the one at the Galleria Mall at Macy's does not have one but the one at the Galleria Mall at Macy's has their own but it is also great to have theirs too because they also have sodas and food and a place to sit so you can chit chat with your friends or families or babies or your children or a loved ones or your boyfriend and enjoy the time together especially if you've been having a long day of shopping :-)! I hope that they will not close any more Macy's and the only way they will have a more better business because I notice at this location there is hardly anybody that will give you great customer service because each department is almost empty with no cashier to help you :-(! I also went to the women shoe department and I think it's ridiculous if they do not have the shoe or the size and you need to deliver it to the store or even to your home that you have to pay shipping and handling and in some sort of way I understand when it comes to your home but to the store from another state or city but it still cost too much for shipping and handling and the shoes is made out of plastic and it's so lightweight :-(! That's why I gave this place a four-star I was debating even 3 stars but just because of the selection they have show me to choose from of any thing that the Galleria mall at Macy doesn't have that's why I give a 4 star:-) :-(! I hope the company read this survey that I have stated would understand that they will have more better business if they hire more employees or train them to be more friendlier and be more expertise about the products and also pay attention when a customer needs help and be closer to the cash register and gives the best Ultimate customers services and especially thanking back to shopping at Macy's :-)! Besides the negative comments I hope that you all customers enjoy shopping at Macy's like I do and always do even though with bad and extremely slow customer...

I sent my husband to pick up a couple of orders that arrived on different dates. He called from the store to say only one item was there and when he tried to communicate to the rep that there were more items the lady got upset and said that there were no other items. He called me and relayed they weren't there. I sent him the two bar codes and he stood in the long line again only to get the same rude woman who embarrassed him and made him take a picture of a screen that showed the items were not in, of course not because it was on a different bar code. He didn't even get to relay the other bar code as she was loud and very rude. Even when he asked her if she could relay that to me, she refused and said she was too busy and to send me the screen shots. He called me again, ready to leave the store and I told him to ask for a manager, not to leave as it might show he picked up everything when he didn't, they don't just send emails to pick up merchandise if the items are not there. He found a helpful rep on the way out and she gladly helped him. An hour later, with a frustrated man, and finally assistance from the manager, they found my package that supposedly wasn't there. Unfortunately my husband didn't get anyone's name. But while he was there I checked online and it showed all my packages were picked up. If he had left, as I mentioned previously, they would have denied having any other packages. My million thanks to the helpful employee and advice to the rude woman; find another job that doesn't include customer service. Humiliating a customer is unnecessary. You could have immediately called a manager and gone about your busy work. I'm just disgusted how easily it is for people to be so rude in a job they get paid to do. My recent visit to Macy's was a truly pleasant and satisfying shopping experience! I was genuinely impressed by the overall atmosphere and the quality of merchandise available. Beyond that, the process for picking up orders was incredibly hassle-free and efficient, with a sweet and helpful lady at the counter who quickly cleared up any confusion. This seamless experience speaks volumes about their commitment to customer convenience.

Overall, Macy's offers lovely merchandise, a clean shopping environment, and truly friendly and efficient service. Despite any past experiences or general perceptions, my personal visit was thoroughly positive, and I would highly recommend it for a great shopping trip. I definitely look forward to...
