Stacy and Tay always help me with all my pet needs. They are knowledgeable and will tell me the truth so I can make the best decision. They know that price matters and they care that we can all buy the most expensive stuff.

Stacy will help you find what works for your tanks! Sometimes you gotta stalk her a little (lol) because she is in high demand and she lets you ask questions with no rushing. She is smart and quick and love talking with her.

Stacy is totally WORTH the WAIT!! Tay is fantastic to talk with, straight shoooter, she is kind and intelligent. I appreciate how professional and still friendly she is! She's funny (which makes it more fun)

This store is always really clean. The people who work there are friendly and helpful without the super close stalkerness I have found at some pet stores. I enjoy speaking with the employees who give good opinions on everything from my foster dog, doing well :) they have a great big selection of dog food which makes me happy and tons of natural chew treats, we like the turkey tendon.

Though I dislike seeing the Bettas in their little cups that's probably the worst condition of all the animals and those fish move often to new homes. I saw one worker playing with the snakes while cleaning and I thought that was cute.

I would suggest this store for someone looking for pet items...

I consulted with Katie about our goldfish that are in the same aquarium with glo-fish. I told her that I was concerned because the goldfish were getting so large. She informed me that Goldfish should not be in the same tank as the tropical fish.....We had purchased our starter tank and the fish to be placed in it at the Petco in Sienna. They knew we were planning on placing the goldfish and the tropical fish together in the same tank. We did not know what we were doing at the time and trusted the sales person to give us the correct information. We purchased everything last Spring. Fortunately, all of the fish have survived beautifully. Katie said that these fish should be separated. I decided that we would find the goldfish an new home and purchase 3 new tropical fish for our tank. Katie answered my many questions with patience and knowledge. Today I returned to purchase the tropical fish. Tia helped us by sharing which fish were compatible with our glofish. She also helped us select a heater and a bubbler for our tank, which we were not originally told we needed. I am very impressed with the staff at the Petco in Sugar Land. I was also pleased that we can bring back a toy for our cat that we purchased there, if the cat did not like it. I appreciate that, which we also took...

Horrible horrible experience with the Manager. Amy Holly Rivera. My fiancé & I came into the store with our 2 personal dogs & a friend. Upon entry Amy is already upset about a former client & Apple Pay not working. She is bad mouthing another customer to us while also being very inappropriate telling stories about her husband to my fiancé. I came in here to purchase a few items. My 2 personal dogs started bickering a little over some toys by the registers. Nothing that wasn't under control or too scary, literally a couple growls between MY PERSONAL DOGS. Amy then proceeded to FLIP out on us in front of everybody. It was humiliating & embarrassing. I spend so much money here & they don't even realize who they have in charge running their stores. I would suggest you find a new manager before Amy & her marital issues run out your customers. She also then proceeded to pull up your camera footage by taking still photos from the video & plastering them all over her personal social media posting my picture everywhere telling people to be aware of me? I am confused as I have never ever met this person in my life & have no idea why she is so angry. I will be having my lawyer call you guys upon her taking video of mE & posting it on her personal social...
