Produce quality is hit-and-miss. Prices are above average. The seafood counter is chronically understaffed. Watch out for newbie cashiers who would over-charge you.

Customer service at the Sugar Land store has not improved over the years. Obviously, management staff has not changed at all.
Around 1:40 on Monday, February 7, 2022, I was checking out at the register closest to the Express Checkout line. It was a small purchase so I was not going to bother with ringing up my rewards account. The short-hair cashier waited until she was finished with scanning my items before asking if I had a rewards card. Since she asked for my phone number, so I gave it to her. I asked about a product and he helped me. As I turned the corner, he was on the next aisle too. He smiled and approached me, wanted to see my tattoos. He had tattoos on both arms, almost all covered. He came in for a one arm hug and I just kind of froze. Then he moaned and said "oooh baby". He kept pointing down and when I looked to see what he was pointing at, there was a huge bulge in his pants!!!! I took my cart and sped away. There was an old man on the aisle reading ingredients. The big guy had no shame!!! I reported, as best I could, to the front manager. Ladies, please be cautious. Be Aware!!!
