I would've loved to done my experience survey from the back of the receipt. However, couldn't because it was ripped off right at the numbers needed. Do you know how either great/horrible an experience has to be from a person group or company for a person to actually take the time out of their day to write a review...? Publicly. The fact Burger King is something a lot of people no longer talk about not just based off the food but the customer service is hence why (Once huge) businesses are going out of business. I don't believe anyone expects five Star treatment from a drive-thru at a fast food spot... However, common decency and respect for human life is very important no matter where you are and who you represent. I'm definitely willing to point out inadequate skill sets for position 1 applied for, because if it's not spoke on/about it can't be fixed. Pulling up to the drive-thru you're immediately greeted with "go head with your order".... The name on the receipt states Ebony. She swung them doors open like she was ready to face a zombie apocalypse. No interaction other than rude body language that would make ANYONE instantly regret their purchase(s). The food wasn't even 'mid'. Very disappointing experience which is why a lot of people have faded aways from the 'BK...
Read moreI order a medium black coffee with no cream and no sugar every morning from the drive through. Today, I tasted my coffee after driving off and the coffee was extremely sweet. I drove back to ask the woman that takes my order every morning (multi-colored locs) from the drive through for a new cup without sugar. She shouted “we don’t put sugar in our coffee.” I explained that there was absolutely sugar in it because it was extremely sweet. She then decided to stop responding over the intercom prompting me to drive around to the window. When I got to the window she stood there and refused to acknowledge me and walked away. Thankfully another lady came to the window and exchanged my coffee which was not sweet and had zero sugar added. The woman that works the drive through has an extremely poor customer service skills and should not be engaging with customers. There is no way I drive back to the Burger King with a made up story about sugar in my coffee only to ask for another cup. There would be no benefit of doing that. In fact I wasted gas having to drive back. I can not have sugar otherwise I would have chalked it up. Terrible experience and I will never return to this place again. Either way, thanks to the nice woman who...
Read moreMy visit to the Silver Hill Rd. BK, is usually once every 2-3 weeks for an appointment in the shopping center. While it is in no way, my intent for anyone to lose his/her job. I believe more quality training in customer service is always a PLUS. However, and almost every time, I've gone between 8:15 & 8:30 over the past four years, (after having to wait for my food order for what I believe has been within a reasonable time period). Like the morning of Oct 1, 2014, there is no coffee in the pots. This time, I asked to speak with the manager. A woman who identified herself, (as the manager), then attempted to fill my cup from two individual pots, that surprisingly only amounted to almost one half cup. I told her I did not want it. So,.. I am again, having to wait, (if I so desired), another 3-4 minutes for her to make more coffee. I then asked to have an O.J. in exchange for the coffee. (In my opinion, the coffee is really great! But it is obvious that staff/manager, is not focusing. Afterall, how and why should this fastfood run out of coffee before...
