Flowers were purchased for a funeral and when we arrived for services, the family spray had a rose sticking out and was not consistent with rest of flowers that included carnations. It was about 10 roses on arrangement spaced out. The writing looked like a first grader on banner, as all letters were lower case and the last letter was an capital letter. When we arrived at cemetery it was noticed that no flowers only greenery in the back of spray. I went to Popes and left a message never received call back. My sister went there and lady claimed she never got message when it was conifrmed it was left. Never offered an apology or partial reimbursement back. She felt like she does good work and it was awful. When she showed picture of what arrangement was to look like, our family spray looked totally opposite. If she only do one side then customers should be advised as I never seen a half family spray, so please be aware Nates is a rip off. To Pope Funeral home on Marlboro Pike, if you are associated with Nates Florist since you on same property. You need to be careful of your business representation. Ordered flowers for my mother in laws bday March 17, 2021-st Patty's day. Ordered at 1030am for same day delivery, but not only did the flowers never come that day, but no phone call either, even though I paid extra.for bigger vase and same.day delivery. ($90 total to ensure big flowers for same day) Flowers never made it on March 17th or 18th, they were not delivered until 2 full.days later on march 19th. Flowers were still pretty, but I was never offered a refund or discount or credit rebate for my flowers totally missing her bday by Two days (even the card sent was all.about bday) VERY embarrassing, I would never recommend this flower shop.of same.day or next day flowers. Give em 3 days advance.
