Lucky Donuts — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

This morning, I had my credit card stolen from me by the cashier at window. She said she gave it back to me multiple times, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and think I maybe had misplaced it but that isn’t the case. I ended up searching my truck, the drive through lane thinking maybe it fell as she handed me my order, and even went inside the establishment 3 times to search. I crawled around on my hands and knees while she stood there watching…didn’t offer to help or anything and only insisted she gave it back to me. Then the Asian owner came out and started telling me I forgot it or left it in my wallet. I don’t carry a wallet. I have a money clip and when I use my card, I lay the clip in my lap until the cashier gives it back to me and then I put the card back in its place. I’ve done it this way for years, today was no different only I never got the card back. I’m not one to do this but be forewarned…there are dishonest people...

Personally the BEST donuts in town, and I've tried them all, from the Shamrock on 19 to Wal-Mart donuts, these are definitely the ones that take the cake... donuts. But the donuts aren't the only thing great, the kolaches, aka pigs in a blanket, have the perfect weenie to bun ratio and the bun itself is fluffy and airy. The brisket kolaches soon became my favorites after they were introduced about 2 yrs ago. If you plan on getting breakfast here, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to wait in line because you won't be the only one wanting to enjoy Lucky Donuts. In regards to the staff, EXTREMELY friendly, very kind and accurate with your order, makes sure to repeat after you order which I appreciate since it helps to get it right. 5/5 definitely...

I really wanted to put this here because it happens almost every time. We feel so blessed every time we go here, not only is there donuts absolutely delicious (and I've tried hundreds over the world) they are funny and kind. There used to be a little boy who would help out that would roast my brother with jokes back and forth and it became a highlight of our visits. Today the woman who served us lit up my sons whole day because she gave him a free bag of donut wholes and threw in a full size regular donut (his absolute favorite). The excitement on my sons face when he found out melted my heart. Please know the small kind gestures you are doing are being noticed and are more than appreciated.
