I had done some research on what I wanted. I knew prices from several competitors, but those competitors were a little further out. We decided to drop in because we had heard good things. We walked in, and, low and behold, the mattress I had my eye on was sitting on the showroom floor...and it was cheaper than any sale price I had seen elsewhere!

It was quick and easy. The mattress was in stock. They were bringing it out the next day. Life was great!

Then delivery...whew. The delivery team came to remove my old mattress, but were concerned because I had not gotten a boxspring. It could cause problems with my new mattress. Well, it just so happens, I had a platform bed, and we knew the box spring was unnecessary. Off it went. Well, our delivery guy took it a step further to make some recommendations to further support the mattress for longevity.

Went in yesterday and was greeted with a nice smile. Mrs. Melanie asked me a few questions about how i sleep and was very knowledgeable about the bed I needed. She let me lye down on the bed and she adjusted it for me and really made me feel comfortable. She wasn't trying to force anything on me. Went back later that night and ended up meeting Chad and I told him the bed I picked out earlier and he tried helping me to get financed and he was very patient with me and instead of trying to make money he was more concerned with helping me to walk out of there with the bed I wanted and helping me to change my life and be able to sleep better. Searching for a bed online was a total NIGHTMARE for me and my fiance! We both sleep in different positions me(strict side sleeper) him (combination) so he prefers a more medium firm and I prefer a soft. We searched, read reviews online, watched YouTube videos and it all became very overwhelming. We ended up buying a latex mattress online because we could customize my side and his comfort layers.
